How are items authenticated?
Every garment is evaluated to verify authenticity. The small details matter, between the stitching, fabric, labels, hardware, and other distinguishing features to ensure an item is as it presents itself to be.
Each item has its features cross-referenced with brand-specific standards to ensure alignment with the brand’s genuine manufacturing process(es). You can shop with confidence knowing that you are purchasing authentic, high-quality items.
What does ______ mean?
Pre-owned: second-hand items that have been previously used by another owner. While each listing varies, they often show signs of wear, such as slight fading, minor creases, or slight imperfections.
New: never worn, may or may not have tags still attached
New with defects: never used but may have signs of wear / damage from storage
CIB: complete in box, often in reference to disc video games. This item includes the original case artwork, disc, instruction manual (if applicable) and game case itself.
Distressed: wear and tear throughout; well-worn.
Shipping / Tracking ?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress until it arrives to the mailing address you provided during checkout.
How do I know the condition of the item I’m buying?
Each item is thoroughly inspected and categorized based on its condition before being listed. The condition is clearly indicated in the item’s description (e.g., "Like New," "Gently Used," or "Vintage"). In many listings, close-up photos are provided to give a clear view of any wear, marks, or imperfections. Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is available to a wide range of countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary on location. You can check the shipping costs and estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
